Exchanges : New items may be returned for exchange within (14) days of receiving them. Egyptian Linen: Must be folded in the original package. They must NOT be open or unfolded, and must remain in the condition it's received (once unfolded, linens are void of any exchanges or refunds).
Refunds: If you would like a refund for your purchase, please return item within (14) days for a full refund minus shipping charges and a 15% re-stocking fee. South Bedding Sets will be fully refunded minus shipping costs. We cannot accept used, torn, soiled, or damaged items. They will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping. All Defective products will be fully refunded. Please fill the Return Form and receive return details before returning any product. Do not return to the address below unless given instructions.

Orders are shipped within 5 days of placing the order. Please verify that the mailing address and product quantities are submitted correctly. Once an order is submitted, it may me difficult to change the the address. Also, no P.O. box or APO addresses can be processed. We offer FREE ground shipping (except South Bedding Sets) anywhere within the Continental U.S.A. to arrive within 9 business days using UPS, Fedex or USPS. Canadian orders are subject to a shipping fee of $20 and 5 additional business days. For Customer pickup of South Bedding Collection Sets, select "local" for State/Prov. and indicate the pickup address, US or Canada as list below. South Bedding Sets are shipped anywhere in Continental U.S.A. & Canada for a $36 shipping fee.
